Trump wants to choose who should lead the Fed and who should leave when they don't follow his wishes. Trump seeks to determine who should be in Congress and who should run for Congress; Trump wants to decide who manages major colleges in the US and media companies and when they refuse his demands he files lawsuits against them. Trump wants to have a say in who is inducted into the MLB Hall of Fame. Trump decides when to support our allies based on his interests, rather than the country's. Trump aims to decide who goes to jail and who receives a pardon. Trump wants to dictate which countries face tariffs and which do not. Trump now holds responsibility for the US debt spiral; American Exceptionalism is over.
